Ukiuqtaqtumi Tingmiat

This board book introduces infants to the names of various Arctic birds. Text appears in Inuktitut syllabics and Roman orthography, meaning that even non-Inuktitut speakers can sound out the Inuktitut words in the book. Ukiuqtaqtumi Tingmiat also features full-colour illustrations of the Arctic bird species named, including the raven, the gyrfalcon, and the snow bunting.
